June 1 – June 5 | 9 am – 2 pm

Learn how CAD software is used in architecture, engineering, and video games, and apply the steps of the design thinking process to create original designs in TinkerCAD, while building laser cut and 3D-printed inventions.

Grossology

Join us in exploring the wonderfully gross side of science, as we turn giggle-worthy moments into memorable discoveries oozing with fun! From the inner workings of our bodies and beyond, junior grossologists will uncover the fascinating biology of the human body.

Minecraft Madness
June 15 – June 19 | 9 am – 2 pm

Jump into the world of Minecraft! Participants of this introductory camp will explore concepts such as coding, engineering, mathematics and design, as they choose their own course of interest and discover the fundamental mechanics of the game. Campers will also approach gameplay from a new angle through offline Minecraft-inspired activations!

Robot Revolution
June 22 – June 26 | 9 am – 2 pm

Robots influence our day-to-day lives without us even realizing it, but what exactly are robots, and what do they do? Campers will delve into the world of robotics and practice coding, building and driving skills, and piloting high-flying drones! Participants will also enjoy engaging in friendly competitions on the field during this interactive camp centered on teamwork, problem-solving and collaboration.

Once Upon a Stage

Step into the spotlight and explore the world of theatre through creativity, imagination, and play! Young performers will dive into theatre games, learn from courageous characters, and design costumes, sets and props. From big ideas to final bows, join us on a journey of collective creation and self-expression as we discover the magic of storytelling through theatre.

Astronomy All-Stars

Discover the depths of our mysterious universe while exploring scientific achievements. Design and crash-test your own landing craft, sample astronaut cuisine, enjoy hands-on explorations of gravitational forces and more! 取消政策
在夏令营开始前 14 天取消的注册将获得退款，但需扣除 35 美元的管理费。取消申请必须以书面形式提交至Reservations@discoverykidslv.org
