Full Museum Buyout – After Business Hours Only

  • 26,000 square feet for up to 1,000 guests, including DISCOVERY Hall.
  • Inclusions: One Special Events Manager, one program staff per gallery, full access to The Summit, up to 5 hours of event time (including setup and strike), and use of house tables and chairs.
  • Additional fees may apply for security, A/V services, parking, and additional staff.

DISCOVERY Hall

  • Capacities:
    4,000 sq. ft.: 200 seated | 270 standing
    3,000 sq. ft.: 120 seated | 160 standing
    2,000 sq. ft.: 80 seated | 100 standing
    1,000 sq. ft.: 40 seated | 60 standing
  • Inclusions: One Special Events Manager, use of house tables and chairs, up to 5 hours of event time (including setup and strike).
  • Ideal for: Corporate Gatherings, Galas, Fundraising Events, Symposiums, Luncheons, Meetings, Trainings, Mixers, and Professional Development.

Individual Floor (Floors 1 – 3)

  • Capacities: Host up to 300 guests per floor, with setup beginning after the Museum closes.
  • Floor Details:
    Floor 1: Water World, Fantasy Festival, Toddler Town galleries.
    Floor 2: DISCOVERY Lab, ECO City galleries.
    Floor 3: Young at Art, Patents Pending, Energy galleries.
  • Inclusions: One Special Events Manager and one program staff per gallery, up to 5 hours of event time (including setup and strike), use of house tables and chairs.

Classrooms

  • Capacities:
    Sandstone: 60 guests
    Red Rock: 50 guests
    Yucca: 40 guests

Regardless of which space you rent (DISCOVERY Hall, a single floor, or the entire venue), the following amenities are included*:

  • Basic janitorial services (vacuum, spot cleaning, restrooms, trash removal)
