Blast off into space exploration at our Astronomy Weekend sponsored by the Gene Haas Foundation! Kids will design moon base camps, engineer model spacecraft, create galaxy slime, launch stomp rockets, and pilot drones while learning about aeronautics and orbital mechanics. Special presentations include rocket reaction experiments, theatre games, and read-alouds for young learners. Don’t miss our immersive planetarium shows (paid activity, limited seating). Perfect for budding astronauts and space enthusiasts. All ongoing activities are included with Museum admission.
